Responsibilities:
Represent sellers and buyers at the highest level in real estate transactions.
Negotiate residential purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare CMA/other necessary documents to determine a sellers property value.
Educate clients on all basic real estate practices
Put in the work for your clients now and reap rewards consistently.
